LFTOVR is a project started by two Italian chefs based in Amsterdam. They started the project to combat food waste. Their kitchens operates to minimize food waste and to provide their patrons with stunning food. Always vegetarian and made with leftover fruit and vegetables. Their produce it provided by local business who want to discard close to expiry or "non appealing" produce. These discarded fruits and vegetables are transformed by them. With their Italian roots they create vibrant and delicious meals. Currently they are operating froma kitchen located in an incubator space in Amsterdam west called Contact.
Here they provide the daily lunches, do event catering and from time to time make stunning pizza.
